Welcome, magickmynd! Are you looking for a standard-size (4'4") or deluxe-size (5'4") Teddy Babe? Either one will certainly add a fun feminine presence to your life, but depending on your situation and desires, one might be a little better than the other.

The "new stiffness" is largely limited to the waist/hips area and around the shoulders. Every other posable joint should move fine right from the start, though it pays to take it easy at first as you get to know her. But plush (and silicone) dolls start getting softer/more flexible in about a month, which is a good incentive to keep her over time!

Teddy Babe "crotch pockets" are about 6 inches deep, and can accommodate a cylinder up to 2 5/8 inches in diameter. I think even the Sex In A Can Fleshlights are still a bit too wide to go in while they're still part of their can. Most people with Fleshlights end up removing them from the casing and doing some kind of trim job on them. A freezer or sandwich bag or clear plastic wrap that covers the inner end of the insert will contain spillage and make it easier to push it into the pocket and pull it all back out. It all may end up looking strange, but if it actually works and feels great, then it's a success!

Although TBs can do a pretty good job with sex, their best quality is being a charming little cuddle buddy and sleep partner. Their plush skin really is soft and smooth, with some "give" in most places (though firm at the core), making them awesome for holding and squeezing and caressing and making out. They practically never feel cold. Falling asleep with one and waking up with her can really improve the quality of your sleep, too. If you like her eyes in the daytime, then they'll be fine any other time too, and won't creep you out. The closed-eye modification is not something that Eighth Wonder does, but is fairly easy if you're up to it... and the wigs that TBs come with do have a history of tangling easily, even with good care, though shorter wigs won't be as bad.

for myself we use a fleshlight but  i am seeking info about the tenga flip hole ,and i think if it while fit i while try that one 

Thanks for the replies, they help alot ^.^ I had already planned on getting one, but just had to work out the details of which one I wanted, what would be the best way to make it suited to me, etc. And I know I asked a lot of questions about the inserts and such, but as many of you have pointed out, that is secondary to my needs for cuddling and a sleeping partner lol ^.^ The secondary urges arent as great, which is probably why i have such difficulty finding a gf >.> but anyway, thats neither here nor there. I have thought about the teddy babe delux, but the price is just way too far out of my range for that.
Jayna: I have tried looking around for any "like new" tb's around in different forums and websites, but I would prefer getting one that is new rather one that is like new. The thought that someone else has been handling her before me is kind of...yeah, not something I would be comfortable with >.< Thats why I wanted the original teddy babe, easy to store and cheaper in price. The shorter stature of the original doesnt bother me in the least. I am kind of tall so I am used to being around everyone else that is shorter than me lol what I had originally meant by a full sized doll was just something bigger than 1 or 2ft that has a full body (head, shoulders, torso, legs, etc.) Most other doll type companions I have researched so far of lower prices only came available with one section of the body (just the torso, lower half, etc.) The teddy babe to me seems like an excellent option, its just going to take me awhile to afford one, probably after my tax check comes in sometime early next year. A long time to wait, but it should be worth it ^.^
The only real issue I can think of though is the width of the pocket where the insert goes. Im okay with the length, thats about right, but the width may be an issue if it has to include both me and the insert. Even if I trim the fleshlight insert down to its lowest possible width, which would be about an inch, then I would also have to add my own width, which with the two together would exceed the 2 5/8 inches. Since the doll is made of plush material, will it accomadate the extra width? not strech exactly, but im thinking its kind of like a pillow, when you push down on it it compresses, and then when you release the pressure it goes back to its original shape, so im wondering if it will be the same way with the width problem.
