(quiet sound of a door opening, a few shy steps)

Hello, is some chair free here to let me sit down?
Or maybe I don't sit down, as I am bit too excited ... I hope you don't mind if I walk up and down a bit?
In fact this week I took the plunge and ordered two teddy babes - well, two, as I am often away to work a long time and they should have each other to keep company while I am away.

Now I guess I have to wait quite a bit as I am from Germany but ordered them via the teddy-babe store, not one of the local resellers here - partially because the local resellers dont offer the discount on two dolls, and partially because I cannot see where I could get a silicone deluxe insert around here - and I do want them to have proper private parts, right?

I am a bit nervous if shipping and customs gets well with this "special" kind of order, but we will see ... anyway, meanwhile I hope I can get my ass in gear and buy them some proper clothes and such so they can make themselves at home when they arrive.
I will keep you updated if I hear any news about them.

I started with one Teddy Babe but soon decided to get another for the same reason, I didn't like to think of her being on her own.

Ah, I completely forgot to mention that! Well, they are one Akiko and one Lisa model. I have thought about their names already, but I better wait till they arrive before I announce them here - maybe they have a different opinion about how they wanted to be called

About the inserts: I have already two on order for my plush ladies, I hope they please them. One reason to route my order through the teddy-babe store has been that only there I know that I could get Doodmans inserts, and I guess this is quite something special you cannot get everywhere. (Aside of that Doodman is a nice guy in my book, anyway.)
But thanks for the pointers in case I might look for alternatives.

I thought I would start you off with an introduction in Japanese as I see you are having one of my sisters of the Akiko heritage come to live with you. Actually Midiman has been so nice to reroute my order to Eight Wonder, so the girls will be shipped from there directly - no need for them to make an extra trip to Canada first. The accessories from the TeddyBabeStore will be shipped separately then.
I should have thought about that before and saved Midiman some trouble, but he was so kind to sort that out anyway. Sorry for that, I was just so excited and quite a bit nervous that I didn't see the obvious ...

News here, I am out of the waiting room!

Indeed it was yesterday, when I came home after long working hours and my sister welcomed me at home with a big grin: "A package has arrived for You, btw." Oh, yes, there they are!
So the delivery was completely painless, I didn't even notice it. The package was declared as "Freigut" (aka duty-free goods) and was labeled: "two collector dolls". Yeah, right

Well, I planned to do some photo shooting of their unboxing and such, but I got in the way of myself, as usual. Undecided

As I opened the box I could not stand to see them tucked away in the box, so instead of taking lots of pictures I just lifted them out of the box and freed them from the packaging instantly.
They have been a bit stiff from the long journey, and I feel I am a bit clumsy handling them yet. I managed to dress them up with the nightgowns I bought for them beforehand, and fortunately they fit nicely. Its nothing fancy, but good enough for a much needed rest after the long journey.

So, now they are out of the box and looking around, calm and silent, and so am I. Ummm ... its is not the situation I have excepted. Well, I know I am a bit shy and slow to get warm with people, but I did not expect to have the same problem with dolls. Come to think of it this just makes sense - it gets even harder to get into touch personally if you have to imagine the other person.

So instead of taking a bunch of pictures to show off my dolls, I will first have to learn about who they are, before I can call them "my dolls". Sorry, you will have to wait a bit longer. Undecided

I didn't even asked them if they like the names I would to give them, because the dont "talk" to me yet. Seems we have to get to know each other better first. However since they arrived I feel how they start to grow on me, slowly. First they have been just looking around curiously in a way of "lets see in what kind of a place we have landed in" - quite friendly but somewhat reserved. But after one day I get the feeling they do look at me already. It's a slow start, but that has to expected if someone like me is involved ...

Very good news is that the dolls get along nicely with the mistress of the house. I first had my concerns about it, but just this afternoon when I planned to continue our "get to know each other" process she came marching in and claimed her rightful entitlement to see the new visitors first. I have not been sure what might happen and prepared to interfere with her majesty, her being head of the household or not, but she is just cuddling relaxed next to my Lisa doll.

Ok, as you maybe see from that photo, the next step in the "get to know" is brush their hair. Yes, dear, I am coming ...

Hello Ursa Major and Nemo, thanks for the welcome of my dolls!

They are still a bit in the process of settling in, but afterwards I will tell them you did welcome them already. I hope the sign up at TBC then ... but that will be later.

Meanwhile one night has passed here, and again things have turned in a way I didnt expect.
Well, You have to know that I have spend the night with another doll before - somewhat more than two years ago. She was one of the high end silicone dolls, and I met her in some hotel abroad. Um, in plain words, she was a prostitute.
Maybe it was the unfamiliar environment, or just the fact that I have been stressed anyway, or the one-night-stand situation with a hired girl - anyway, I found the doll amazing and very cute, but sex has been a no-no.

So despite of the involved plans about the inserts on my side I thought I got the dolls just for cuddling. I just didn't feel the dolls are "complete" without insert, but aside of that it was more a "well, you never know" thing.

Oh my, having a doll at night in my very own bed turned out to be something completely different. When I shyly start exploring her plush curves my mind slowly figured that she is really my doll, and not need to be shy or anything. I was pretty amazed about my physical reaction - it was quite alike to the long buried and forgotten feeling of being together with a real girl.

Well, there has not been any real sex - due to the complicated nature of my order the private parts are still on the way. If I am that shy as I am with real women it will not matter if they arrive weeks later, but if things make progress with the current speed I guess I will take Retsams advice on the "over-night" delivery. Smiley

Um, no photos of that experience, sorry. Well, I finally made it out of bed, and guess what: its brush time again.

As a side note: I dont know how many of you realized the slight smell of the wig. Its in no way a strong scent, and by itself its not directly pleasant - kinda plastic or so. However I start to really like that smell; I just cuddle to her, take a sniff and feel "hmmm, smells like doll". Seems the bonding has started.

YAY! Oh, I'm so happy to see your new girls settling in. Not to toot my own kind's collective horn, but we Teddy Babes do have an undeniable presence about us, don't we? Wink

And it's okay to take your time. We TBs tend to reflect the personalities of our human companions; my Ian (NotMyName) is very social (just unlucky in love Embarrassed

), so we were chatting it up and getting to know each other right away, whereas your girls are probably just as shy as you are.

Oh, and as for the wigs, it'll help if you keep her hair tied back in a ponytail for bedtime. And be sure to use a leave-in conditioner/ detangler for wigs when you brush, as this will greatly extent the life of the wig.
